5 EASY STEPS - OUR PROCESS

Step 1: COMPLETE AN ONLINE FORM

An Account Manager will reach out to initiate the design process, guide you in selecting products, and start building your store.

Each store is thoughtfully curated with high-quality products recommended by our experts, tailored to your specifications and budget.


Step 2: APPROVE YOUR ART

Your Account Manager will send you a draft of your artwork for review. Once approved, we'll continue building your store.


Step 3: CHECK OUT YOUR NEW STORE

Once approved, your store goes live, allowing customers to place orders online. Payments are securely collected by US Sports & Apparel.

Orders are then fulfilled and shipped according to customer preferences. When required, we provide monthly reporting and invoicing to the organization.


Step 4: TIME TO GET SOCIAL

Along with a link to your Store, we will provide a QR code for you to share with colleagues and staff, or on social media.


Step 5: SIMPLIFY FUNDRAISING

If you're fundraising, we’ll manage fund collection and reporting. Distribution will be made to you via check, PayPal deposit, or credit toward future purchases with US Sports & Apparel.
